The STEM Squad returns for summer 2026!

Get ready for another summer of discovery! STEM Squad Summer Camp is back with an all-new line-up of exciting, science-themed activities designed for children currently in P5–P7.

Throughout the week, campers will take on a range of hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) challenges - experimenting, building, and problem-solving in a fun, supportive, and curiosity-driven environment.

The 2026 STEM Squad themes have landed... 🚀

Monday — Train Like and Astronaut Day ✨

Pupils will explore the amazing effects of space travel on the human body, investigate real bones to discover what makes them strong, and put their engineering skills to the test by designing and building a working bionic arm! Highlight is a visit to the phenomenal planetarium.

Tuesday — Darwin Day ✨

Pupils will get creative with camouflage, batty about beaks, potty about animal poo and dive into a dirty water challenge. Watch out for some special animal visitors to Schoolhill.

Wednesday — Curious Chemistry Day ✨

Pupils will unleash their inner scientist with fizzing and foaming experiments, discover magical colour-changing reactions, and get gloriously gooey, creating their own slime creations and some sparkling surprises too!

Thursday — Marvelous Moon Day ✨

Pupils will get hands-on exploring moon footprints and crater investigations before taking on an exciting team challenge to design and build their very own Eggnaut moon lander!

Friday — The Big Bang of Ideas Day ✨

Pupils will be powering lights with potato batteries, creating biodegradable potato plastic, uncovering secret messages with invisible ink, and having explosive fun with rocket-launch challenge in the quad!
